Leadership Tip: Conflict Resolution
The #1 reason members leave Soroptimist is civility issues. With so many diverse and talented members, differences are bound to occur in our clubs. If you find yourself needing to referee a dispute, first take a deep breath!
Then reference the CONFLICT RESOLUTION tip to come to a positive resolution and achieve closure.
